Sludge treatment and dehydration

Wastewater purification, regardless of the method used, creates a certain amount of waste sludge that needs to be disposed in accordance with legal requirements.

In larger wastewater treatment plants waste sludge, as a secondary product of water purification, becomes a significant cost factor. For that reason we apply an aerobic digestive process to remove a part of the sludge volume and the remaining sludge is being mineralized and made scentless, which facilitate its disposal. With this process volume is reduced by 15 times which reduces the costs of sludge transport and sludge disposal.
